Learn to have more fun

Located on the ground floor of the Dodécagone (1st floor tourist office) - the office is open every day during the season.

A receptionist is present on Tuesday mornings from November.

25 instructors will ensure you enjoy your lessons and help you get the most from your skiing, with...

- group lessons,
- private lessons,
- snowboard and monoski lessons,
- snowshoe outings on request,
- introduction to cross-country skiing.

The E.S.F. has a children's garden (at the foot of the Evettes runs) and can offer monoskiing, snowboarding, telemarking, performance tests - open ski races and snowshoe outings).

Children accepted for the snow garden and ski lessons from the age of three.

Throughout the winter, the instructors perform torchlight or lantern-light descents, history shows and sledge descents from the Roc des Evettes, etc.

Rates (winter 2005/2006):

* €4 for each extra person.

Students are not insured by the ESF and they must have a valid ski pass.
Don't forget to reserve your FFS-ESF “Carte Neige” at your ski school... ... it entitles you to numerous advantages.

SKI-CLUB

The FLUMET/St NICOLAS la Chapelle ski club organises races throughout the winter:

- “Promo jeunes” ski race (“micro pouss”): 21st January 2006

- Beaufortain Val d'Arly Cup: 28th January 2006
- Resort Grand Prix (giant slalom): 29th January 2006

- “Coupe Poussins”: 25th February 2006

CARTE-NEIGE

You wouldn't drive without insurance, so don't ski without a “Carte-Neige”!
The Flumet - Val d'Arly Club offers the “Carte-Neige” at the following rates:

ADULT/CHILD
Carré-neige for one day = €2.50
€25.00 per person for 10 to 14 days

It is on sale at:

the ski school
the lift pass office.

It provides the following guarantees:

- Search and rescue fees.
- Initial transport expenses.
- Legal expenses.
- Medical expenses.
- Ski pass refunded if all ski lifts are shut.
- Ski pass and ski lesson refunds in the case of accident or illness.
- Liability.
- Assistance.

N.B.
Persons who are not insured will be invoiced if they need to be evacuated by sledge.
